The philosophy of Laughter, Happiness and Smiling!

Releasing the hormones of Happiness. It’s true what they say: laughter is the best medicine. Laughter makes you feel good. And the positive feeling that comes from laughter and having fun remains with you even after the giggles subside. Also, laughter is the most economical and least time-consuming way to reduce workplace stress. Laughter is initiated as a body exercise in a group with eye contact and childlike playfulness. It soon turns into real and contagious laughter. It is simple, profound and straightforward. You don’t need to have a reason to laugh. Based on scientific facts, the body doesn’t make a difference between a natural laugh and a forced laugh. It is a combination of laughter exercises, light stretching and breathing.

Le workshop du rire

Libérer les hormones du bonheur. C'est vrai ce qu'on dit : le rire est le meilleur médicament. Le rire est initié comme un exercice corporel dans un groupe avec contact visuel et enjouement enfantin. Il s'agit d'une combinaison d'exercices de rire, d'étirements légers et de respiration. Il se transforme bientôt en un rire réel et contagieux. C'est simple, facile et rapide. Vous n'avez pas besoin d'avoir de raison de rire. Basé sur des faits scientifiques, le corps ne fait pas de différence entre un rire naturel et un rire forcé.
